User Involvement Project Announces Primary Care Partners - Diabetes UK

After an in-depth selection process, Diabetes UK has chosen three project partners for the User Involvement in Local Diabetes Care Project: NHS Lincolnshire, NHS Hammersmith & Fulham, and North Mersey Diabetes Network (consisting of Liverpool PCT, NHS Sefton and NHS Knowsley). These organisations were selected for the diverse challenges they face as well as their commitment to user involvement in the decision-making process.
